Twenty-four spots for 2026. Send the organizers your team details and they will come back with payment instructions and confirm your division.

Before you send
What organizers need
Enough to place your team in the right division and to reach your captain. Rosters come later, so you do not need names yet.
- A team name
- The division you think fits
- A captain, with an email and phone number
- A rough sense of where your skaters have played
Say so in the notes. Organizers would rather place you themselves than have a team land somewhere the weekend stops being fun.
What happens next
From deposit to first shift
Organizers reply
Usually within a couple of days. They confirm a spot is available and send payment instructions for the $300 deposit.
Pay the balance
The remaining $800 is due on or before July 31, 2026. Your spot is held once the deposit clears.
Submit the roster
By August 31. Organizers approve it and confirm your division, which is set from the players you list.
Sign and skate
Every player signs the waiver before their first shift. Schedules and pools go up on the schedule page in early September.
Many teams raise money on top of their entry through the QEII Foundation page, which issues tax receipts for every donation. Ask the organizers to set your team up with its own page.
No team, still want in
Skaters and goalies wanted
Organizers keep a list of players looking for a bench and pass names to captains who are short. Goalies especially rarely wait long.
